A fast and furious card game of elimination, speed, thought, co-ordination, stealth and dastardly cunning. the need to grab a cork comes before everything else – don’t be the last to lunge or you will lose!

Corks is a nice party game where you essentially have to keep matching colour cards of corks until you have enough, then you can grab the cork from the table if you are fast enough. There is potential to play with up to 14 players, but I was only able to attempt this with 3. Still, we had a great time with this and it is very competitive.

A typical game can take 15-20 minutes, so it’s good if you want a quick burst of fun. The corks themselves are of good quality and the cards are too.

The Verdict

Corks delivers a clever idea and its implemented well. Definitely a stocking filler for the holidays!
