Is this the solution to your hydration woes?

One problem I have with drinking is that I always prefer cold drinks and that they get warm way to easily in the hot weather. Luckily, I was gifted a b.box insulated bottle to try out and give my thoughts on. Before I dive into it, let’s look at the official summary:

I’m a parent to a child with autism. He still drinks from bottles as he’s liable to throw cups and glasses, but the bottles he uses do warm up very quickly out there. Luckily this can keep cool for up to 46 hours and the durability of it being metal makes it far less likely to break if he decides to throw it after finishing it.

The flipside to that is that its very heavy and could cause some pain if lobbed at someone, so it’s a double-edged sword for me. But my situation isn’t the same as most, so for those with neurotypical kids it’ll be fine and for those who just want to go out with a cold drink in the summer without fear of it getting warm in a very short amount of time.

The Verdict

I was impressed with the b.box 1L Insulated Flip Top Drink & Water Bottle. It kept my drink cold for a very long time, its durable and while it may not be the most suitable for my son, it would be for a lot of others.
