Dead Rising Demo

Ok so I've spent a few hours going over this demo on Xbox Live Marketplace and here's why you must buy this game.

Ok so the demo starts out with you going into the "herd of zombies" with a fireaxe and a shotgun, not to worry though there's so much you can do in this demo including the many alternate endings to it. For example you can just rush through the doors and go outside or go into the cinema, or my personal favourite...fend them "zombie scum" of till night-time.

The latter is the most fun because it simply gives you plenty of time to go round the stores in the mall and check out all the kick-ass things you can use as weapons or modes of transport. The demo even has a skateboard which will break when you crash into something but I only just discovered that today, it seemed the Sports shop eluded me with its amazing items including hitting zombies with golf or bowling balls.

What is even funner is the items that aren't considered weapons are still usable against the enemy. For example, being a guy you dont really want to be seen with a woman's handbag....but if its your only chance for survival by hitting them with it, so be it! But my favourite weapon besides the bowling ball has to be the Guitar. Simply swinging an electric or acoustic model makes all kinds of funky noises and seeing blood splatter as a result is a bonus. Rock and Roll kills! Heh

With so many possibilities that I'm thinking about, I cannot wait until September 8th (Damn Capcom for delaying the game over here by a fricking month!)
